A month ago I have been coming to Project Y for a couple of months and at first I was nervous as I had been doing home workouts for years and had recently had surgery and thought I would be 'the weak link' but I wasn't made to feel like that at all. The community that train here are extremely welcoming and supportive and Alex and Joe adapted every exercise to suit my needs. They teach you to understand your body and when you need to push and when you need to rest to avoid injury. They focus on keeping you consistent and accountable without making you feel pressured which I was always concerned about with this type of training. I've been able to partake in exercises I never thought I'd be able to since surgery and have the confidence that I can keep pushing myself with the support of coaches who know what they're doing!

I've trained with Joe and Alex for 3.5 years and they have helped me change my lifestyle completely! Before I would binge eat, have low self esteem, had no idea what I was doing in the gym and lead a very unhealthy lifestyle 3.5 years on I have lost over a third of my body weight, gained confidence and energy, I'm the fittest and strongest I have ever been and I'm addicted to training (ie never miss a session I book onto - not in a weird obsessive way lol) Not only have they helped me on my journey but they ensured I felt confident and safe whilst I was pregnant and now post pregnancy.
